The gold box/border around the illustration proves to me at some point BEFORE drowzee is on it the entire box has to be gold at some point. Myself and pokepop talked about this a few weeks ago about the Chinese pokemon cards with gold blocks in the illustration. The evolution box is gold, the height weight information is gold. Because when a card is completely blank its white (either white with borders or white without borders)Īnything involving detail or illustration as on the test sheet its gold before anything is applied to it.
